BE FOLLOWERS OF GOD

"I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou    shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye." Psalm 32:8

 Praise be to the name of our LORD and SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST.  God is good and His mercy endureth forever.  Our LORD JESUS CHRIST loves you with an everlasting love. To God be the glory. 

            In your heart, you may be feeling how this year is going to be! The failures of last year may be coming before you. The wrong decisions that you took and the resulting failures and sufferings you underwent may be torturing your mind. 

           "What is this year going to be for me?" How am I going o be successful in this year? Am I going to be suppressed by the same sufferings of the yester year and years! Will I go through the same sorrow! Do not be worried dear children of God. Remember the Word of the LORD for you this year: He is going to Rebuild and Restore. You are going to flourish and you will rejoice. There is going to be rejoicing in your tabernacle and you will be a channel of blessing to others.

             How is this promise going to be fulfilled in your life?

             Let not your eyes be fixed upon any man, do not depend upon human arms, trust in the Living God. Have faith in Him. Having fixed your eyes upon God, make known your requests unto Him with thanksgiving and you shall find a blessing. When God gives a promise He always fulfills it. Many a times we feel that God does not answer. It is because of our human limitations. When you 

Look at the life of Lazarus, Jesus loved him very much. It was told to Jesus that Lazarus was sick. "When Jesus heard that, he said, this sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby." John 11:4. "This sickness is not unto death" - Today, we have many questions in our heart, but follow what God says for "I am the resurrection, and the life" John 11:25. Jesus abode in his place where he was and later He came to know hat Lazarus has died. Everyone was troubled, but what did Jesus say, "Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep." John 11:11. Yes, to the world, Lazarus was dead. People would have said so many things. "Jesus said something and He is doing something." But Jesus said, "... he is not dead but sleeping." Because Jesus has the power to raise him from the dead and accordingly Lazarus came back to life. Sometimes you feel God gave you a promise but He has not fulfilled it, it has not taken place! But what is the plan of God in it? There is something behind it. Understand the mind of God. Today you live in the days when you have to hear the voice of God. When you look into the life of Saul who was on his way to persecute God's children, "And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou Me? And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks." Acts 9:3-5. How did Saul address that Voice? He said, "LORD." Beloved brethren, today recognize the Voice of God. Do not pin your faith on man; do not be depending upon man. You have come to the time when you can have personal relationship with God. He wants to reveal Himself to you and He wants you to hear His voice. "Jesus said, My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me" John10:27. Do not think you are wise in your own eyes. God by the guidance of God. Are you troubled right now? When God has spoken, it will come to pass. If there is a delay, it is for your good and you shall see the goodness of that. Do not begin this year with distress in your heart.

             Job was a perfect man before God. Satan stripped him off everything but he was not able to touch the life of Job. The reason, his life was in the hands of God. Did God forsake Job? Was he handed over to satan totally to take off his life? No! Job's later end was of great blessing. Job 42:12 says, "So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning." For all the sufferings you have gone through, you are going to have a double fold of blessing this year. If you believe, you shall see the glory of God. The peace you have lost God is going to give it back to you. Where you were a rejected stone, God is going to lift you up. Where blessings that are due to you were kept back, God is going to give it to you. 

   What do you need for a successful year and a blessed future till you meet God in the mid-air? How are you going to be successful? How are you going to be victorious? 

            You need to look upon God; your eyes need to be fixed upon Him. He says, "I will instruct thee" Jesus is the commander of your life. Accept Him right now to be your Commander. When you obey His commands and follow His instructions, you are going to be a blessing. We read in Deuteronomy 28:1, " And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth". God chose a vessel Moses as His prophet to speak to the children of Israel and they obeyed him. Prophets are sent from God. Their life is an unblemished life. They are not sent by God but they are sent from God. A man sent from God has the authority to say, "Thus saith the LORD." Moses was given that authority. He commanded and it took place. He was ale to stand in the gap and prevent the wrath of God. Believers today are your lives like that. Can you standing the gap and prevent the wrath of God. For two thousand years, we have been hearing about God's love, but we are fighting with each other, we see so much of hatred and enmity in our life. There is no truthfulness between husband and wife; there is no peace in the families! Why? There is no love of God. Let us arise today and let your life be one that can stand between God and man. Today, hear the commandments of God and His footsteps. Let God be your Instructor. If God could be your Instructor, your life would be a blessed one. Tell Him, "Lord, I will go by your instructions. Whatever you tell me, that I will do, I won't look at my left or my right, but only towards Thee and Thee only." Mary, the mother of Jesus, at the Wedding at Cana, told the workers, "Whatsoever He saith unto you, do it." John 2:5. Obey God's instructions, abide by them, and do not depend upon your own wisdom and understanding. When you follow Him, you will have a real blessing because the LORD Himself was obedient. John 12: 49, 40 says, "For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak."

             What is His commandment, which God gives us today? John 13:34, "A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another." What is God's instruction, the first and foremost thing, "Love each other"? Do you have enmity with your friends? Do you have bitterness in your heart towards anyone? Forget about it and start loving one another. 1 John 4:8 says, "He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love." It is easy to say God is love and talk about His love, but it is very difficult to practice love unblemished. Beloved in Christ, Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart. Mark 12:30 says, "And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment." God is full of love, when you love Him, His love in you will help you to love each other, and you will serve one another. His love in you will lead you to Eternal Life. He is going to instruct you and He is going to teach you in the way you have to go. 

            Teaching means, to impart knowledge. He will impart knowledge to you. What you do not know, He is gong to instruct you. How is Jesus going to fulfill this? 

            John 14:26 says, "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you." Praise God! Hallelujah! This is the work of the Holy Ghost.

             Today we claim, "I am born again believer and God is with me..." but is there a change in your inner man? Where are the fruits of the Holy Spirit in you? Holy Ghost dwelling in you is God dwelling in your body and your body is the Temple of the God. If this body is the place where God dwells how can you use your member of this body for fornication and adultery? Today there is no sincerity in family life. Satan is rocking the lives of the people because of the cares of this world and the lust of the eyes. Do not destroy the Temple of God, which is your body. Be faithful unto God. He says, the Holy Ghost shall teach you and lead you. Spend more time at God's feet, read, and meditate His Word. Bend your knees before God; He will stand by you at all times.

             Today you live because of the grace of God. Many things in this world would have crushed you, but remember the Holy Ghost is with you. Look at the LORD, your life would become a blessed one. The Holy Ghost is the One Who teaches you and brings to remembrance. John 14:26 says, "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you."

             The Holy Ghost teaches, He reveals and He reminds you of all what the Lord Jesus Christ has spoken. He teaches the mind of the Father, He reveals to you the path you have to go, He reminds what Jesus, the Son has spoken. The Holy Ghost shows you the way of the future. Joel 2:28 says, "And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh."   

            "I will guide thee with mine eye." Finding favour with God - Psalm 33:18 says, "Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy"  Fear the LORD and walk, fear the LORD and He will bless you, His eyes are over you, He is watching over you for He wants to bless you. John 16:13 says, "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come." How are you going to know what this year has in store for you and the blessings, which God has in your life? It is by the Holy Ghost. Be filled by the Holy Spirit as John 14:17 says, "Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you." He will be with even unto the end of the world and He will lead you as said in Isaiah 45:2, "I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron"

             So, cheer up! For our Lord Jesus Christ goes before you and makes all the crooked places straight and you shall be a blessing to you, your family and to everyone. God bless you.
